We also use basic product analytics without financial content and crash reports to improve the app. ARKAD Wallet never receives or stores your bank login credentials.

No. We connect through Kontomatik, our open banking provider, which is authorized to provide account information services under PSD2. ARKAD Wallet does not receive or store your bank login credentials. The connection imports account information and transactions; it cannot move your money.

Free is a permanent plan with budgeting, manual tracking, goals, analytics, the overall ARKAD Aura score, and 10 voice inputs per calendar month. The voice allowance resets on the first day of each month; unused inputs do not carry over. Premium adds Smart insights, bank connections, unlimited voice input, and priority support. In Poland, Premium costs 9.99 zł per week or 299.99 zł per year. Check the app for pricing in your store.

The overall ARKAD Aura score, from 0 to 100, stays available in Free when enough data is available. Premium unlocks Smart insights for your budget, with component results and explanations: “You spend as planned,” “Your money has jobs,” “You track often,” and “You save for later.” These show spending against your plan, money allocation, tracking habits, and savings/investment progress. When Premium ends, Smart insights become unavailable while the overall score remains in Free. Aura explains budgeting progress; it is not a bank credit score or personal professional financial advice.

We support almost all major Polish banks, including PKO BP, ING Bank Śląski, Santander, mBank, Millennium, Pekao, Alior Bank, Revolut, and more.

Premium includes three bank connection slots. One connection can include several accounts at the same bank - for example, four Revolut accounts together use one slot and refresh together. Each slot is occupied for a calendar-month period measured from the date and time the connection was created. Disconnecting stops imports but does not free the slot before the current period ends. This is not a fixed 30 days or a reset on the first of each month. For example, a bank connected on 15 January and disconnected on 20 January keeps its slot until 15 February, at the original connection time. If you have another free slot, you can connect another bank immediately. If all three are occupied, you need to wait for one to become free. An active connection continues to occupy its slot in following months. If the corresponding day does not exist in a month, that period ends on the last day of that month. Previously imported transactions stay in your history after disconnection.

Bank imports are not categorized automatically yet. They appear in your history marked as imported and uncategorized, so you assign their categories yourself. Transactions added by voice are categorized automatically.
