01 / European storage
A European home for your data.
Your financial data is stored on our servers in Europe. HTTPS encrypts the connection between your device and our servers.

02 / Data & AI privacy
Your budget stays yours.
We do not sell your personal data or use it to train AI models. AI processes the input needed to deliver the features you use, such as turning a voice entry into a transaction. ARKAD Wallet does not keep raw voice recordings after processing.

03 / Bank connections
Your transactions come in. Your money stays put.
ARKAD Wallet does not connect directly to your bank. A licensed open banking provider authorized under PSD2 handles the connection with your permission.

We can read account information and transactions. We cannot make payments, move money, or manage your bank account.
Your login stays private
ARKAD Wallet never sees or stores your bank login credentials. Authentication happens through the bank connection flow handled by our provider.
Only the data we need
We import transactions and basic account information, such as the account name and balance, and save those records in your ARKAD Wallet database.
You decide when to stop
You can disconnect a bank in the app to stop future imports. Previously imported transactions stay in your history until you delete them or your ARKAD Wallet account.
